Pricing & fees
Simple, transparent pricing on BitBid
Buyers pay the winning bid amount — no platform surcharge at checkout. Sellers pay a tiered platform commission based on the final sale price. This page explains how fees work for both sides.
Buyers pay the full winning bid — commission is deducted on the seller side only
BitBid keeps pricing straightforward. The winning bidder pays exactly the hammer price at checkout. The seller receives the sale amount minus a tiered platform commission calculated on that final price.
- Buyers: no BitBid platform fee added at checkout.
- Sellers: tiered commission deducted from sale proceeds.
- Fees are based on the final sale price when the buyer pays.
- Minimum order amount for fee calculation is ₺100.
When you win an auction, you pay the winning bid amount — nothing extra from BitBid at checkout. You can pay with your BitBid wallet balance, card, or a combination of both.
- Checkout opens on the listing page within 24 hours of auction end.
- The total due matches your winning bid — no buyer-side platform fee.
- Platform commission is handled on the seller side only.
- After payment, the seller ships and you confirm delivery in the transaction hub.

BitBid charges sellers a tiered platform commission based on the final sale price. The fee is deducted before seller proceeds are credited.
| Sale price | Platform fee |
|---|---|
| Below ₺100 | Not supported (minimum order) |
| ₺100 – ₺500 | 15% |
| ₺501 – ₺1,500 | 10% |
| ₺1,501 – ₺10,000 | 4% |
| Above ₺10,000 | ₺900 flat |
Commission tiers apply to the full hammer price at the tier boundary. For example, a ₺501 sale uses the 10% tier, not 15%.
Rates may change
This page reflects BitBid's current published commission schedule. Rates may be updated from time to time; full legal terms will appear on a dedicated Terms of Service page when published.
Platform commission is calculated and recorded when the buyer completes checkout and payment is authorized. The fee is based on the final sale price at that moment.
- Seller net = sale price − platform fee.
- Fee and seller net amounts are stored on the payment record at checkout.
- Seller wallet credit happens after delivery is confirmed and transaction completion rules are met — not at the moment of payment.
- If checkout never completes, no commission is charged.
After delivery is confirmed, sale proceeds (minus platform commission) credit your BitBid wallet. To receive card-payment proceeds, register your iyzico sub-merchant account before your first sale.
- Complete seller payout registration at /account/settings#seller-payouts.
- Ship the order and add tracking in the transaction hub.
- Buyer confirms delivery; transaction completion rules are met.
- Net sale proceeds credit your BitBid wallet.
- Withdraw available balance to your registered bank account.
BitBid does not charge a separate withdrawal fee on wallet payouts. For the full seller workflow, see How to Sell at /how-to-sell.
BitBid uses iyzico marketplace checkout. When a buyer pays by card, the payment is split between the seller's sub-merchant account (seller net) and BitBid (platform share). Wallet-only payments follow the same fee calculation without a card split.
- Card payments: seller net is routed to the seller sub-merchant; platform commission stays with BitBid.
- Mixed wallet + card: the card leg is split proportionally using the same seller-net ratio.
- Payment processor costs are handled within BitBid's marketplace settlement — buyers are not charged an extra processing fee at checkout.
Here are worked examples using BitBid's current commission tiers. Amounts are rounded to the nearest kuruş (₺0.01).
| Sale price | Tier | Platform fee | Seller receives |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₺400 | 15% | ₺60.00 | ₺340.00 |
| ₺2,000 | 4% | ₺80.00 | ₺1,920.00 |
| ₺12,000 | Flat | ₺900.00 | ₺11,100.00 |
How to read the tiers
₺400 falls in the ₺100–₺500 band (15%). ₺2,000 falls in the ₺1,501–₺10,000 band (4%). ₺12,000 exceeds ₺10,000, so the flat ₺900 fee applies regardless of the exact amount above that threshold.
Do buyers pay a BitBid platform fee?
No. Buyers pay the winning bid amount at checkout. BitBid does not add a buyer-side platform surcharge.
When is the platform commission taken?
Commission is calculated when the buyer completes checkout and payment is authorized. The fee is based on the final sale price. Seller wallet credit happens later, after delivery is confirmed.
What is the minimum sale amount?
Orders below ₺100 are not supported for fee calculation. Listings should be priced so the winning bid meets this minimum at checkout.
Why is there a flat ₺900 fee above ₺10,000?
High-value sales use a capped flat platform fee instead of a percentage. This keeps commission predictable on expensive items while still supporting marketplace operations.
Can BitBid change its fees?
Commission rates may be updated from time to time. This page reflects the current published schedule. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and future Terms of Service.
Is there a fee to withdraw from my wallet?
BitBid does not charge a separate withdrawal fee on wallet payouts. Standard bank processing times may apply once funds are sent to your registered account.
Where can I learn about selling and payouts?
See How to Sell at /how-to-sell for listing, shipping, and payout setup. Register seller payouts at /account/settings#seller-payouts before your first card-payment sale.
