Refund, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Explains the payment flow, right of withdrawal, exceptions, and refund processes within the framework of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

This policy applies to auction sales and distance contracts concluded through BitBid. The seller is the party to the contract; BitBid is an intermediary service provider.
Payments are taken via iyzico with 3D Secure. The amount is processed under a post-delivery confirmation capture/transfer model; it may be held securely in case of a dispute.
Buyers who are consumers have a right of withdrawal in the cases and within the periods prescribed by law. Withdrawal requests are forwarded to the relevant seller and our support channel.
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain transactions, such as sales concluded by auction and custom-made goods/services. Applicability is assessed per transaction.

- Verify seller and buyer details
- If eligible, return the item and refund the amount
Payment objections (chargebacks) and disputes follow iyzico and the relevant bank processes. BitBid supports these processes with records and documents.
