Terms of Service
Governs the rights and obligations of the parties using the BitBid marketplace, the auction rules, and dispute resolution.

This is an informational English translation. The Turkish-language version of this document is the legally binding text; in case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
BitBid is an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563 and is not a party to the contract between seller and buyer. The relevant seller is responsible for the content, sale, and delivery of items.

- Comply with the law and platform rules
- Sellers must present accurate product and price information
Bids are binding. The countdown starts with the first bid; anti-sniping extensions may apply near the end. The highest valid bidder wins and incurs a payment obligation.
Listing illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, or otherwise prohibited items is forbidden. Manipulative bidding, fraud, and abuse are prohibited.
Accounts may be suspended or closed for rule violations; authorities are informed where necessary.
The platform’s trademarks, software, and content belong to their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
The platform may charge commission on sales. Payments are collected via iyzico; capture and transfer to the seller follow the post-delivery confirmation rules. See the Refund/Withdrawal/Cancellation page and payment flow for details.
For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. For commercial disputes, the competent forum is determined by applicable law and the parties’ agreement.
